PURPOSE & INTENT
At UTAK, we are committed to improving public safety and public health. We believe academic research is central to our vision and we trust this products giveaway program will expand these efforts.
UTAK’s R&D Department will occasionally have extra samples made available from our manufacturing department and/or from internal research studies. We believe these additional samples can be valuable for intern projects, senior projects, instructional for instrumentation labs, and academic research projects.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
- UTAK’s R&D Department will announce via email and social media platforms availability of certain products to be distributed free of charge including shipping for undergraduate and graduate academic institutions. The products will be available for either 60 days after announcement, or until all products have been exhausted, whichever occurs first.
- Announcement will include relevant information such as product type, matrix, analytes present, gravimetrically spiked volumes, fill size, amount available, and storage condition. These are unassayed products.
- Products will be distributed in the order by which requests are received until available amount has been exhausted.

HOW TO REQUEST GIVEAWAY R&D PRODUCTS?
Requests can be only submitted by a faculty member (research advisor). Please submit a formal request on an official school letterhead listing product number, amount requested, intended use, clear statement that the academic institution permits receiving of such product, and institution shipping address (product deliveries).
